    Frequently Asked Questions

  • I want to convert all my mp3(s) to wma , how can I do?

That's easy. Just click the "find" function in window's explorer to find out all you mp3s. Then "Select all" or click ctrl-A, right click on you selection. All mp3s will add to the job box. Followed, Please select "Save to source directory" , "Delete source files", "Overwrite existing files", then click กฐ Convert!". That's OK!

  • Ok, what am I doing wrong? How do I use this?
To start converting mp3 files, you need to right click the mp3 files in Windows. Yes, you heard right...You start the program by right clicking mp3 files in Windows. For example, if you had a bunch of mp3 files in "C:\Music", you would first double click "My Computer", followed by double clicking "(C:)", followed by double clicking the "My Music" folder. Select the mp3 files that you want to convert. You can select the mp3 files by either dragging, or if you hold down the Ctrl key you can individually select them. Right click on one of the selected mp3 files and a menu will appear. Click "Convert mp3(s) to wav, wma, vqf" and the program will start!

  • Are the mp3s replaced by the Mp3 To All Converter?
No. The mp3s that you convert are not deleted until you select "Overwrite existing files". They are kept intact. The converted files are stored in the destination directory(default is "C:\My Music").

  • Right clicking fails to display "Convert mp3(s) to wav, wma, vqf" !!
Mp3 To All Converter needs to be re-associated with mp3 files. You can do this by running the "Mp3 To All Convert" in the Mp3 To All Converter program group. Click the Window's start button and select Programs, then find the "Mp3 To All Converter" folder and click the "Mp3 To All Converter".
  • Right clicking in Napster is failing to show "Convert mp3(s) to wav, wma, vqf"
Make sure you are right clicking in Windows. I have had quite a few people try to right click within Napster. This is not possible, because Napster is written by a different software company. Napster defaults to storing its mp3s in the folder C:\Program Files\Napster\Music\ . Right click on one of the mp3s in that folder.
  • I have a purchased a registration code and its not accepting it!!!
Please make sure you are typing in the registration code. It is pretty common to accidentally type in the product # or order #. Scan down your order email to the line that says "Your registration code is: " and the number right after that is your registration code!
  • I have not received my registration code! Isn't it about time!
Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processing delay. Sometimes, people have supplied the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to mis-configured email clients or privacy control.
    Lost Registration Code Policy
If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with a registration code or if you are reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration code, simply email Registration@8to32.com and I will personally resend your registration code. (Please include your Digibuy Qwerk Order# and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order in the database.

  • Why can't I register it with my registration code and name?
The registration code and name is strict and case sensitive. You'd better copy the registration name and code from the source and paste them to the destination. If you have questions about it, please feel free to E-mail us: support@share2.com
