MP3Coder is a program which encodes WAV files into MP3 format.
MP3Coder supports different formats of MP3 (MPEG1 and MPEG2) and all bitrates (8 - 320 bps, constant and variable).
Using ID3Tag allows you to save song info (the titles of songs and album, the name of artist, the year of issue, etc.) in MP3 file.
MP3Coder uses LAME as default MP3 encode engine. LAME is a freeware project which provides high compression speed and perfect sound quality.
MP3Coder supports ID3v1 tag, MPEG1 and MPEG2 and has multi-language interface.
The multi-language interface of MP3Coder has become available from version 1.5. English is the default language, and an unlimited number of other languages can be added.
MP3Coder uses Language Files (*.lng - files). These files (English.lng, German.lng...) are situated in directory where the program was installed and they are text files containing strings with user's interface in different languages
